This comprehensive full-body ritual is crafted to help women who are experiencing burnout, a dissconection to self, feeling lost or realizing that you need to reconnect with your core power centers: heart and womb. As caregivers, women often face and support others life experiences in addition to our own, and The Cradle Body Ritual was created as an essential support to you during these times. Recognizing the natural rhythms of women's bodies and our bond with the moon, we will honor your current state with the gifts that Mother Earth has provided for us. This ritual nurtures the body while creating a space for expression, witnessing, and release. The gentle rocking and wrapping with sacred scarves facilitate healing through movement in joints, muscles, and tissues. Emotionally, it offers a sanctuary for rest, allowing feelings to be acknowledged and released.Energetically and spiritually, it provides a space to move inwards and hear what your spirit is calling for. Each experience is distinct; for some, it’s a joyful celebration, while for others, it’s a moment to recognize and release emotions. I will meet you where you are, ensuring the experience aligns with your readiness. I invite you to step away from your thoughts and reconnect with your body, heart, and womb. During our time together, you will be welcomed with sacred cacao, enjoy a warm grounding foot bath, customized warm herbal tea-infused towels, dry brushing, a moment to bask in the infrared sauna, receive soothing body cream application, and be rocked and wrapped in sacred scarves.
